SI (“we”, “us”), operating at sent-ri.com, provides an AI-powered assistant that can communicate with you by SMS text message. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you opt in to our SMS service we collect your phone number and the messages you exchange with the service. We also keep basic technical logs (timestamps, delivery status) needed to operate the service reliably.

Mobile information is never shared

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

AI processing

Messages you send to the service are processed by artificial-intelligence systems in order to generate replies. Message content may be processed by our AI infrastructure providers solely to deliver the service — never for advertising.

Data retention

Message history and phone numbers are retained for up to 12 months after your last interaction, after which they are deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

SMS security notice

SMS is not encrypted end-to-end and may be readable by mobile carriers in transit. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, financial account details, or other sensitive credentials via SMS.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe from SMS messages. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.
